1. nobody likes cleaning wax out of carpets, so keep the candle away from the edges of surfaces.

2. candles are literally on fire. so avoid leaving the candle unattended or placing it near drafts.

3. ensure the candle is out of reach of pets or children. this one seems obvious...?

4. limit burning time to 4 hours to prevent product wastage and overheating of the jar. we know they smell amazing but pace yourself!

5. flame getting a little...huge and terrifying? trim the wick.

6. surprise! fire is hot. don't pick up the candle when it's burning or after recently blowing it out.

7. not all burnout is avoidable. when the wax is 1/2 an inch from the bottom of the jar, it's done! blow out to avoid the glass overheating.

before each use, trim the wick about ¼ - ⅛ inches to ensure a clean burn.

to prevent tunneling, allow the candle to burn for at least 2 hours, or until the top of the candle is fully melted.

if you’re noticing that the wax is melting unevenly, it may be on a tilted surface.

once the candle has burned out, remove excess wax and the wick tab. now use the jar however you want!
